Look what i received in my mail today

Qi & I were thinking if this is a typical templated kind of mail... got this possibility.

The situation was this:
I was quite excited about the bagel with omelette thingy. So I suggested to Qi we shall share a breakfast meal on monday morning with the coupon where we can get a burger foc.
BUT the manager who served us was SO SO SO attitude. Give us sian sian look, forget Qi's order. Remind him again, give her sausage mcmuffin instead of sausage mcmuffin with egg. Usually, i'll let it go. BUT because it was a MONDAY Morning, I really 的very 不爽！So i went to their website & feedback. By yesterday, I already forgot everything. So this email really was a surprise. I thought with the Marx Weber's Bureaucracy theory & Macdonaldisation, it might be a few weeks or months before they reply.
Actually I was worried they might give me like $100 Mcdees voucher (yes... worried cos I dunno what to do with it) so I actually contemplated quite long before hitting the 'submit' key. Chey...
Sidenote: Nothingto do with the manager but the bagel was disappointing.
